Your roof photo report

What you hold when we leave

Every roof check ends with a report on your phone. Here is exactly what is in it, with a sample page, so nothing about it is a surprise.

A sample page

This is the report, page by page

A sample Credential Roof photo report page: a numbered photo of lifted shingles, three plain notes, and a price line
A sample page. The photo is a licensed stock image of shingle damage, not a customer's roof. The layout, the numbering and the notes are what a real report looks like.

What is in it

Six things on every report

One photo per problem

Not a gallery of the whole roof. Each spot that needs attention gets its own picture, numbered, taken close enough that you can see what we saw.

Where it is on your roof

A caption tells you the slope and what room sits under it. A stain in the hall bathroom and a lifted tab above it finally line up.

What it is, in plain words

No trade talk. A cracked pipe boot is called a cracked pipe boot, and the note says why it matters.

How urgent, honestly

Today, soon, or watch it. A roof with three things to watch and nothing to fix gets a report that says exactly that.

The repair price, in writing

If there is work to do, the price is on the report before anyone asks you for a decision. What you sign is what you pay.

Yours to keep

Send it to your insurer. Show it to another roofer. File it for the day you sell. There is no version of the report that belongs to us.
