Do you replace roofs?
Yes, when a roof is truly past repair. The photo report says so and shows you why, and you get a replacement price in writing the same way. Most roofs we see need a repair, not a replacement, and we will tell you which.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Credential Roof is a licensed and insured roofing contractor in Louisville. Ask and we will show you the paperwork before any work starts.
Is the roof check really free?
Yes. No cost, no obligation. You keep the photo report either way.
How fast can you come out?
Most checks happen within a few days. After a big storm we work through the list in the order calls come in. A roof that is dripping right now goes first.
Do you work with my insurance?
We give you a photo report with dates and plain notes, written so your adjuster can follow it. You file the claim. The report does the talking.
What do you fix?
Leaks, missing or broken shingles, flashing around chimneys and walls, pipe boots, vents, nail pops, small rotted decking spots, and the roof edge where it meets the gutter.
What kinds of roofs?
Asphalt shingle roofs, which is most homes in Louisville. If yours is metal or flat, call and ask. We will tell you straight whether it is ours to fix.

How do you set the price?
After the check. Written and itemised, before any work. The price you sign is the price you pay unless you ask us to do more.
Do you stand behind the work?
Yes. Every quote says in writing how long we stand behind that repair, and the after photos show exactly what was done.
Do I have to be home?
Not for the check. For the repair, we like a phone number we can reach you at while we are on the roof.
