The free roof check
See your roof the way we see it
We walk the whole roof, photograph every problem spot, and write it up in plain words. It costs nothing and the report is yours to keep.
What happens
Four things, every time
We walk the roof
The whole thing, not a look from the driveway or a drone shot from the street.
We photograph every problem
Boots, flashing, vents, seams, valleys, hail hits, lifted tabs. Each one gets a photo.
We write it in plain words
One line per photo. What it is, why it matters, how urgent.
We put the repair price in writing
If there is something to fix, the price is on the report. No pressure to say yes.
Questions
Things people ask about the free check
Is it really free?
Yes. No cost, no obligation, and no card on file. You keep the report whether you hire us or not.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the check, as long as we can reach the roof safely. We send the report to your phone or email the same day.
Why give it away?
Because the report is how you decide, and we want you deciding with the facts. Most people who see a clear photo of a cracked boot want it fixed by the people who found it.
