Most roof leaks in Louisville start at the same few places. Flashing around a chimney or a wall. A pipe boot that dried out and cracked. A vent the wind lifted. Shingles that hail bruised or a gust tore off. None of those needs a new roof. They need someone to find the spot, fix it right, and show you it is done.

That is the whole job. We walk the roof. We take photos of what we find and write a note you can read in plain words. We put the repair price in writing. When you say go, we make the repair and take after photos of the same spots. You keep the report. If you ever file a claim or sell the house, it is there.

If your roof is truly at the end of its life, we tell you that too, with the photos to back it up. Then we can do the roof replacement ourselves, with the same photo report, the same price in writing, and the same after photos when the new shingles are on. Or you can take our report to any company you like. A roofer that tells you the truth about replacement is the point of the name.
